			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>my wife has times when she gets really dizzy, nervous, lightheaded, and it usually happens when she is worried or over excited about something. and it also happens alot if she has to drive at night. doctors have checked everything from motion sickness to a deviated septum. they have done catscan after catscan and can&#8217;t find anything. i was wondering if it could be panic attacks brought on by stress?<br />
to myfro: no she rarely drinks coffee but she does drink alot of sodas and caffienated drinks.<br />
<br />You can have shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, numbness or tingling in your extremities, heart palpitations, and anxiety/nervousness.</p>
